Faculty Performance Evaluation Concept

I developed a Faculty Performance Evaluation Concept for the Faculty Evaluation Committee of the Monterey Institute of International Studies. The concept examines the Institute's strategic plan and derives objectives for Faculty from the findings. It then develops a framework for evaluating faculty's success in reaching those objectives and ties achievement to Merit Payment, a bonus payment for high-performing faculty members. Download file.
