The Fisher School Boot Camps: Customer Survey

After successfully launching the Personal Financial Planning workshop as pilot boot camp (see earlier post) a survey was developed to find out what workshops in particular are of interest to the local community. The survey was then implemented as a web application. Open survey.

Market Entry Strategies for Zenoss

Zenoss Inc., an Annapolis, MD based open source software firm, was looking for attractive markets to expand into with their Enterprise IT Management offerings. A student team from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, including myself, analyzed potential target markets and developed entry strategies. This is our capstone project and master thesis equivalent. Since the final report contains sensitive company information I only attached the document structure. Download file.

The Fisher School Boot Camps: Campaign Website

The Fisher Graduate School of International Business at Monterey Institute of International Studies offers a variety of weekend workshops to its students. The school is currently working on expanding these offerings to non-students as certificate programs. The Personal Financial Planning aka The Millionaire Boot Camp was the first road test. I designed and developed the respective campaign website as a core promotion activity. Visit website.

Market Entry Strategies for AOL

Subtitled "An analysis of AOL Germany's possibilities to enter new markets by opening up selected products" is at the same time consulting project for AOL and my undergraduate thesis on market entry and product strategies. I looked at possibilities for un-bundling marketable premium services (e.g. parental controls) from the "AOL Membership", an umbrella subscription. Since it was written for AOL and contains sensitive company information I only attached the structure and introduction. Download file.
